The Tool and all content are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. RouteMapper.com does not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or that any displayed data is accurate, complete, or timely.

7. Not for Operational Use

The Tool is provided for visualization and informational purposes only. You must not rely on the Tool for operational decision‑making, air navigation, safety‑critical planning, dispatch, flight following, or any activity where inaccurate or delayed information could cause harm.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteMapper.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Tool.

9. Intellectual Property

RouteMapper.com and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Tool, including all associated intellectual property rights, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or where specific components are licensed under separate third‑party licenses.

10. Privacy

The Tool may process technical information (e.g., browser type, basic usage telemetry) for security, analytics, and performance. RouteMapper.com does not request sensitive personal data for basic access to the Tool.

11. Changes to the Tool or Terms
